Pork Belly Burnt Ends - 1lb
Pork belly burnt ends are marinated in a special maple whiskey binder overnight. In the morning, we add the dry rub then smoke it for around 3 hours until we have a vibrant red color. We then put them in a special whiskey sauce (you won't get drunk from it so it's kid friendly, I guess) and we let them simmer until it reach the perfect internal temperature. They will melt in your mouth, and give even the best chicken wings a serious run for their money.
Frozen and vacuum-sealed in boil-safe/BPA free packaging.
