Pulled Pork - 1 lb
Pulled pork is dry rubbed and smoked for 8 hours - low and slow - until we get a beautiful color on the outside. It's then steamed in a homemade broth until we reach the internal perfect temperature to pull the pork easily (heheh).
Frozen and vacuum-sealed in boil-safe/BPA free packaging.
5-ply to keep in freshness and prevent freezer burn.
